stevens and three other americans died in the attack last month. the independent panel is set to begin its investigation. >> and new jersey mother and her five children forced to jump from a third story apartment after it caught fire. take a look of the video caught on tape. no one was seriously hurt. authorities believe it was sparked by a candle that was like burning a bathroom. the family was using the candles for light. there were waiting for the power to be turned on. >> on non contagious form of meningitis has killed four people, including one person in the virginia and one in maryland. more than two dozen people have been sick in five states after receiving steroid injections. officials have identified the manufacturer and they have issued a recall. researchers studying a social media can help identify drug side effects quickly.

gas prices in california for this time of year. a pipeline closure has sent prices 5 cents higher. they are expected to keep climbing for days. nasdaq is investigating an unusual price spike in shares of kraft foods. tickets sold some of the trades after shares rose 29% in just one minute. government investigators have a new warning about the $20 billion dietary supplement business. some of those they checked made labels that had the legal claims. jetblue is giving away free flights to make good on their promise. that is a check of the money. >> i have limits put on me.
